Who we are

Firstly, we believe that great art and culture inspires us, brings us together and teaches us about ourselves and the world around us. In short – it makes life better.

What we do

We employ talented people to help us to support arts, museums and libraries through our funding, as well as providing other services to support their development. We support; Theatre, Music, Museums, Literature, Libraries, Dance, Combined arts and Collections & other cultural assets. In order to do this we employ over 500 people across nine different office locations across England in arts based roles or in one of our corporate services department such as; IT, Finance, HR, Governance and Advocacy & Comms.

We believe that our staff should represent the communities, organisations and individuals that we work with and support. We want people from all walks of life to contribute to our work and share their experiences, expertise and passion.
