The Gillian Lynne Theatre is excited to be playing host to the transfer of the National Theatre production of ‘Standing at the Sky's Edge’ and we are currently looking to recruit Guest Experience Hosts for this exciting new production. The role... Are you passionate about excellent customer service? At LW Theatres we strongly believe every customer experience should be truly extraordinary. We are looking for proactive and engaging Guest Experience Hosts to join our team at Gillian Lynne Theatre. The Guest Experience team are the face of Gillian Lynne Theatre and play a key role in ensuring our guests are welcomed into a safe and secure environment. In many instances, you are the first person our guests will encounter during their visit, and you will be expected to always deliver an exemplary level of customer service. As Guest Experience Host, you will deal with all manner of customer queries, as well as driving sales throughout the building, be it behind retail positions, on the bar or inside the auditorium. What we need…
Regular performance schedule: Tuesday to Saturday Evenings – 7.30pm Wednesday & Saturday Matinees – 2.30pm Sunday Matinee – 3.00pm
