We’re looking for a Theatre Technician with excellent Stage and Flys skills to join our team at Sadler’s Wells. Knowledge of automated flying systems is desirable, but training will be available in automated systems for those without prior experience in this area.

Sadler’s Wells is a receiving theatre, with varied seasons, including both artistic and commercial activities. You would be required to have a flexible approach to working patterns, and ideally will have experience of working with either repertory or touring companies.
You will be a practical person with excellent technical skills and experience in professional technical theatre work. You will also be able to demonstrate knowledge of industry health and safety. You work calmly under pressure, are a good problem solver and work well as part of a team. Your ability to be self-motivated and your good understanding of a wide range of technical theatre and stage skills are key for this role.
A skills assessment salary review may take place following successful completion of a probationary period.
*Any overtime that may be agreed, such as late/early calls and get out rate, is paid in addition to the basic salary.
