Job Summary

As Production Marketing Manager, you will join our fast-paced Production team based in Central London, managing marketing campaigns on our plays and musicals in London and across the UK. This is a key role in a busy production office as we continue to develop and expand our production portfolio, with a host of new productions planned for 2024 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the campaign strategy, planning, and delivery for plays and musicals in the West End and on tour across the UK delivering first class campaigns.
  • Motivate and inspire local venue teams and continue to build Trafalgar Theatre Productions reputation as a leading, collaborative partner to UK venues.
  • Manage third-party ticket agents, planning pro-active sales campaigns with them.
  • Liaise with venues to collaboratively agree ticket pricing, and manage revenue management strategies, ensuring ticket prices reflect local market demand and maximise box office income.
  • Lead on the creative development and brand strategy for your productions.
  • Lead on the CRM and data collection strategy across all productions.
  • Maintain detailed campaign reports for upward stakeholder management.
  • Work across the business, including with Trafalgar Theatres and other lines of business to ensure cross group promotion.

Skills

  • Proven experience in marketing management, including campaign planning, strategy, budgeting – preferably gained within an entertainment setting.
  • A problem-solving self-starter who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get into the detail on campaigns, with the ability to think on their feet.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to show enthusiasm and initiative.
  • Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and can deliver on big ideas at short notice.
  • Excellent administration skills.

This role requires you to be based and work from our Strand Production office full time.
